The Hawks posters rate highly Jed and were happy to see him go, triple premiership teams have debth greater than most clubs.
I rate Anderson higher then Aish. For our needs anyway. Aish is too slow and we have enough hard inside mids like him.
Cant wait to see Anderson ripping you apart.
Did you see Anderson play VFL this year? Because I have, not very impressive.

I imagine the biggest draw card for Aish coming to Collingwood is being able to play in a team alongside his best mates....not sure he'd be attracted to the retirement village NORF is fast becoming

I think the biggest thing is also Aish is a pickering player. Pickering players always get to where they want.

Sorry pensioners

dont shoot the messenger. Dont get cut, its not a footy match.
No matter what your offering to Brisbane, even in the unlikely event it was better then North or another club which I cant say which it is, they will not do a deal with you.
Deal will be done by Tuesday, only thing saving you would be how cheap you get Trelor and some other clubs deals happening before then.
until then your just holding AK before the flop.
So is that a yes or no? My question didn't get answered..........

Of course we hold AK we hold it every year at the trade table we also have the biggest chip stack, great position, and Derick Hine is the dealer in other words we don't loose

Sure you got the right guy?

You don't watch football much do you.

Only thing Anderson will be ripping is probably his hammy. He's run of the mill, injury prone player who's going to have to be changing the adult diapers of all your ageing players while they continue to lose prelims.

Aisho going elsewhereo to north melbourneo. Was a good thread while it lasted.
Aisho demanding pieso doesn't give a shito where the lions want to tradeo

You post in such a matter of fact way yet you clearly just jumped at the 'north have interest' headline without realising how unlikely it is that he ends up anywhere but the pies.

It's up to Aish. Seems like the sort of guy who will stick to his guns.

Do north have a salary cap? Been very active for a number of years with a lot of guys like ziebull entering their prime earning years.

Does anyone else still think its fishy that 12 months ago "he being in contract still"
Decides nah i wanna stay in brissie so the pies get crisp ( pure gun) now only has eyes for pies.
Seems to me that mr aish doesnt like brissie what so ever told bucks/hine nah **** them take crisp then next year il come anyway leaving brissie ****ed.
I like this aish kid already hahaha

You are yet another campaigner and a troll.

You support a nothing, irrelevant club which has the same future as the Australian automotive industry.

You are not a destination club (like Richmond) - keep picking up VFL players

Pickers this morning on SEN confirmed how the Aish deal will play out for Collingwood and Brisbane.

You're forgetting this year we beat your irrelevant non-destination club without Aish, Treloar and Howe, l'm looking forward to 2016 already.

lol I don't understand Norf's strategy?

This trade period, it just feels like they have decided to throw their hats in every ring just to be involved and remain relevant really.
They've now targeted Howe, Seedsman, Treloar and Aish- and set to fail miserably.

What exactly are they trying to do?

Step 1: Try to improve the list
Step 2: If fail ensure other clubs are paying top dollar.
Step 3: Gather mid range picks
Step 4: Work with academy clubs to upgrade picks

They're trying to money ball a premiership before their list goes into retirement.

One of the most supremely average finals side of this generation.

Problem is you held 7-2 before the flop and folded, and are only now realising you should have held onto them.

Why would Brisbane not deal with us but they will with you? Especially as you guys only have your picks in the 30's. Bastinac alone won't cut it and I doubt that Brisbane will be thrilled with your picks.

Aish also needs to agree to go to you. Hasn't happened at the moment. Will throwing more money at him change his mind. Only time (as in the weekend) will tell.

I believe it is what Dekker calls the"scatter gun" approach.

Have NFI who the chase as nobody wants to come to your club so that go for the same player that other clubs have already put work into beforehand.

If you were an AFL player looking at going to another club, sure that miserable, whining bully Brad Scott would not inspire you to join.

Basti, 38, 40 is superior to any offer currently mentioned from the pies.

Please remember Bris is after points not draft position.

All that said we can offer the world and if Aish says no its not going to happen.

Lets forget steps 2 through to 4 because that's completely irrelevant.

Step 1 though- improve the list.

Just what are you targeting though?
Scatter gun approach for the sake of it?

Considering we are set to have 3 second rounders in the 20s....no you're offer is not better than what we have.

You offered more to Howe too, he still nominated us. Aish wants to be a Pie.

And what is the currently mentioned offer from the Pies? Please do tell.

Ah, so it does have a name. I believe Richmond have also utilised the scatter gun approach this season.

Ill wear 2 as possibly irrelevant.

But 3 and 4 are very relevant.

Lets take the Anderson trade. 15 looks a lot right. But we are dealing with Bris who need points. We got 38 and 40 with Anderson. Points wise thats equal to pick 21. And who has 21 ...... Bris.

Any team not exploring the possibility of working with academy clubs this year is missing half of the trade period.

To blow you mind:
Lets say Aish goes to Coll and Bris get 26 in there from you.

Do you realise Basti, 38, 40, 43 for 17,21
is better for Bris than
Basti for 26
??

Thats todays landscape, clubs need to adapt quickly!
