Ok folks. This thread has seen some heated and divisive chat that is taking discussion away from the week to week product. Going forward any WWE vs AEW related discussion should take place here. Examples of this are obviously the CM Punk, Ospreay and Triple H type stuff.

While constructive critisism is fine, repetitive opionions that have no intention of producing good faith discussion will be deleted. Repeat offenders will end up with thread bans. You're all clever enough to know the difference.

Also, those with any issues with posts, don't engage and further flame the unnecessary back and forth. Please use the report button.

Pretty good episode of dynamite tonight. Really enjoyed the main event, despite the winner being fairly obvious. Pretty good build overall to Sunday/Monday.

Pretty good show , personally I don’t like how they structure it with the world title stuff not starting or ending it just makes other stuff feel more important?

Best show in a while. Far more focused. Everything had time to be what it needed to. Nothing rushed or too long either.

And good use of pre taped promo segments. Especially with Anna Jay and Jade where you know that would have been awkward live or lame if both standing in front of each other backstage with Tony like has happened too often in previous shows with women.

Swerve also looked the best he has in his time in AEW. Cobb and O'Kahn appearance also well done and made sense after FTR name dropped NJPW titles and joint PPV coming up.

It was a nice little teaser to the Forbidden door PPV. Smart way to generate interest and introduce the audience to the talent that may not follow NJPW.

Ughhh why did Stat not win? all this so we can see Baker and Ruby Mid in the final

ffs what a pointless tournament Britt is starting to become the Charlotte of AEW

I would have preferred Toni Storm winning on Wednesday. In saying that Storm vs Baker in the final, would have been better than Baker vs Ruby.
