Both premiership players, one with 66 goals this year and the other with the best individual statistics I have ever seen in a game.

Both have been in the leadership group at the Fighting Furies and don't think they don't post just because our base thread lies on another board. Superstars of the competition compared to your diddly ****ing squat.

Congratulations to all that got nominated, I missed out and didnt expect to be nominated. One thing who are these players? Tugga - Fighting Furies and Cleishy - Fighting Furies. Are they ever active i have never herd of them

Cleishy posts in every game thread as far as I see each week.

Tugga generally posts a bit less than Cleishy, but more than adequately, and he's a loyal longtime Furies warhorse who decided to go on for one more year for one last premiership shake. You have to be understanding of the veteran moving towards the twilight.

Final side will be announced at the SFA Awards night along with the EKA Medal, Mobbenfuhrer Medal and the Frankston Rover Medal (admins award).

It will be for you guys when I win all those above awards yet done get in the SFA Team.

LMAO at the reaction. It's precious and it seems I must I'll explain the logic behind it because it seems to have flown over a few heads.

If someone digs in at a teammate of mine, I defend them to the hilt - which often involves expletives in creating more of an us against them mentality. I believe it should happen more often and I'm trying to lead by example by attempting to create an atmosphere in the competition where being in a team actually means more than just 'Go Furies!!1one' - which is where it stands. If there is actually some kind of 'bad' blood (in the novelty internet manner) between posters then it'd stir up banter, club rivalries and give some clubs a persona.

Btw doggies, I'm pretty sure I'm not a captain at present, relinquished it last year...although if PHX posted like that I'd back him in 100%.

And pacemaker, question the Furies in this competition again and I'll have another rant. Question my status as a flag winning captain? Maybe passion and vigour is what gave me that position, backing in each and every player in the squad regardless of the result. Not every leader is a politically upstanding poster - some of us, like me, are total ****heads to others to get their troops rallying behind them.

Passion folks, show a bit.

1. He didn't have a 'dig' at any Furies players. You're actions are far more precious than passionate, rather than ours/mine as you suggest.

2. I know you're not a captain. Its the kind of thing I'm meant to know in my position. Doesn't change anything in how I thought you would conduct yourself.

3. Posts like these tread a very fine line between deteriorating the respect of the club and rallying the troops. Won't suprise me if players like BILC want to get out of the place. I'm all for backing your boys in and showing some passion but do it at the right times. Be a dick to be somewhat humerous or to get the players behind you, not just for the sake of it.

And thank you doggies for telling me the intent of my original post - if you choose to interpret it differently and run with it, best of luck to you. It's all passion as far as I'm concerned. Also, I consider questioning who tugga and Cleishy are a dig, it is a subjective matter but if any Fury is taking any flak, I'll come in and defend.

If you choose not to respect the Fighting Furies then that's your choice - I trust your professionalism to the point where it would not impact on the nature of the sim so feel what you like. In fact if this is what starts a rivalry between the Bummers and the Furies then as far as I'm concerned mission accomplished.

BILC won't cop any of my ****headed behaviour as long as he is a loyal Fury, which he absolutely is now that he brushed your offer off.

And props to pacemaker too, right spirit - but you're still in the firing line if you have another crack.

C'mon doggies, you're smart enough to know exactly what I'm doing here.
