2. Yea misspelled
3. Mid-sentence change of tense.

I wont judge you on your grammar balthaz:). I like your idea, but I think were all still stuck on who should actually play in SOO. I like the idea (someone elses mind you) of best of Interstate clubs vs best of Victoria clubs...I know it's not technicallyt State of Origin but no doubt the rivalry's there (as is seen on this forum daily), and the AFL could get Eddie to say something controversial about interstate clubs (You know, Salary Cap, negative tactics, bring back the VFL type stuff etc.) in the months leading up...really get the fans screaming for blood.

I think that is one of the better options. However, that would pretty much be an American-style All-Star game without an external unifying factor for the non-Victorians other than wanting to beat Victoria. That's the only problem I see with it.

If there can't be a proper SOO carnival with all the state teams then the version I would most like to see is an All-Star Top 8 vs Bottom 8 played post-season. It would be very unlikely to happen but would be interesting to see.

A good idea, and probably the most logical - but if IR becomes biannual or something like that, the AFL will need to fill in the gaps in order for players to have a way of proving themselves for their state/country. Representitive football is the best way for a player to get the most out of himself (save for finals). The extra ammunition.
