.....NOW!!!

Have always thought this kid could play but tonight just proved it even more..... Hit every contest at hundred miles an hour and his skills were as good as anyones bar maybe Pendles (Is it possible to be a sublime as our #10?).

Well done Benny.... Shoved it right up the nay sayers! :thumbsu:

No doubt copped some unwarranted abuse has the sinner!!

Glad he's played a couple of good games, which seem to coincide with his nerves settling.

Well done little fella

I'm still not apologising, because I am still unconvinced of his ability to balance and kick an accurate drop punt at pace.

However; he was sensational tonight. He threw himself in like a man possessed, his hands were clean, he kept the ball going our way all night. I was really, really pleased with his game and it gives me enormous hope for him making it. He was absolutely fantastic. Obviously, he now deserves every chance to show that the kicking issue, which is still there, is a composure thing rather than a technique thing. If he can do that we have a 200-gamer on our hands.

Was very good tonight, goes in hard, applies the pressure and does the 1 %ers. His disposal is getting better each week and his quick hands just need to be a bit more accurate.

Didn't notice anything wrong with his kicking tonight in wet, slippery conditions. Think you're still being a bit hard on the kid.

If anyone is to be worried about it's Dawes & S.Buckley (GOD I HATE HIM!!!! Go back to Melbourne!!!).

I think you sumed me up what I was going to say. Disposal is still Terrible but his Attack and Will on the Ball is Huge.

I have upgraded him to a Okay Player from Dud.

Though he is a Player I can't really see getting much better then he is now

Well, he wasn't taking shots at goal, I think that really helped his cause. If he can increase his minutes in the midfield and get clearances then all of a sudden the necessity to hit targets is less.

I didn't notice his kicking being bad tonight either, but I didn't notice it being good for that matter. Past performances have indicated that his kicking is poor, hence why I remain unconvinced on that one issue.

The rest was exceptional, so I'm very happy with Sinkers output currently. :thumbsu:

WTF can the kid do..... Can someone please find his DE% for tonights game?

My hand is up admit I was wrong about him early, might not have been getting a run if Krakouer and macaffer werent both out. Has taken his chance and deserves is spot in the best 22 now. Getting the odd goal here and there has certainly helped.

I don't care if his DE was 50%, he didn't commit the costly turnovers he had in previous games. This was by far the best game I've seen from him.

Given his size, he manages to put the ball to advantage of the team on occasions he really shouldnt. A lot of the time they are not possessions and just tapping the ball or pusing it in the right direction. Love watching him play.

was obviously going to improve.

Its pretty simple, he came into the team at the start of the season nervous and lacking confidence, now with games under his belt he is playing better and is more confident.

Has some ability, however i'm not 100% sold just yet.

He deserves his stop in the team though, no question about that.

Im not apologizing, but ur deffinitly not my whipping boy anymore, playing pretty well and im loving it.

Still not sold yet. I just think when his 26 his gonna be the player that COULD... does everything perfectly then turns it over with a bad kick. Brilliant move by bucks to keep him in the team.

I reserve the right to say " I told you so" if his form goes downhill...... and I reserve the right to instantly agree to anyone posting negative comments about Benny in the future...

I reserve the right to change my opinion based on how many beers ive had.

Furthermore, I reserve the right to the :club: emote.
