It's performances (as a whole i might add, not entirely on Christian) ,like today that actually make me think Trac won't be here at the start of the next season.
Sure he said he's invested in the club and wants to stay but I just can't see why he would after the start of this year.
2x subpar crowds don't help either. (He wants the Big stage, Bright lights, which we can't give him)
I'll belive it when I see it. (Trac lining up next season in the centre) till then he's gone.

The whole "theming" thing which AFL clubs do is weird to me. Like Port went with the Oppenheimer theme last year I think? Because it had teamwork in it and loads of people died or something. It's nonsense.
If I was coach my theme would be: Have standards, play well, win flags, and don't get busted doing coke on gameday.
I dunno if they do it in other sports, maybe they do. I've never heard of it though.

I wonder what Ben duckett is doing atm? Could get him down to do some motivational speeches that would fit right in with being proud and enjoying a 2 goal half.

I can see how you might be able to find things to inspire players like the Giants watched the miracle on ice hockey match before a game a few years back. But they need to be specific and limited. Otherwise it just turns into white noise.
