What a great game to watch, well done Roo's and Clarko.

A die hard Hawk here, but i am so thankful for what Clarko helped bring to my Hawks, so i hope he gets a premiership at the Roo's, just not against my boys. I have a bit of a soft spot for the Roos now.

Just quickly, I mentioned Wardlaw and Sheezel (aware only Sheezel played) and how good that is for Norths future. However, feel it’s a little understated.

Simpkin must be your oldest full-time midfielder outside of Cunners and Greenwood. How old is he? I can’t imagine he’s over 27. The rest are young and supremely talented.

Your forward stocks look amazing too, with Larkey and Combden playing extremely well and Zurhaar showing some brilliance in patches.

List is coming along nicely, I know a bigger win looked likely during the 3rd but I still think that’s a great win for your boys and am excited to watch North as a neutral again.

It's so nice to get a win, would have spewed if we didn't hold on. Sheezel is ridiculous, LDU is a superstar, lazy 6 straight from Larkey, I'm so pumped.

Good for us to start the Clarko era with a win, scrappy though it was at the death. What a debut for Sheezel, stated on the AFL app that he was the youngest debutant with 30+ disposals since 1999. Plus we lost Xerri (who had been playing well) in the 1st quarter, hopefully nothing too serious.
