Just wanted to congratulate the Gazza after a great season in getting the Crows right up there.

Before the season he was asked; " What must the side do to improve this year?"
Goalkicking Accuracy was his reply

When asked; " Which players do you think will improve the most and provide consistency this year?
Ken McGregor, Matthew Bode, Kris Massie and Brett Burton were the chosen ones

A lot of people have bagged him this year and I for one got a knife out after one game during the season, but on the whole, full credit must go to Gary Ayres and his coaching staff.

I love Gary Ayers. I think he is fantastic. I am so very glad he got an extension to his contract. He has shown some real emotion this year and I think that is what we need as a club, a coach with passion.
