Actually looks quite decent from the Chinese leak footage. Similar size to Eastwood and Mirak and seems to have a good amount of verticality and cover.

Not sold on Golmund unless they do add in just a few more things into the empty spaces in that map. I didn't mind it but I really feel there needed to be a bit more in regards to cover around at least one of the points for infantry.

Two new maps this season probably isn't going to be enough to keep me around too much longer especially when they are drip fed as they are.

Argonne. I'd rate a few BF1 maps in it but doesn't fit the timeline

Water featuring in season 3 is also just way too long to get in a feature that really should have been in from the start.

At least if they drip feed the content they can work on the balance of everything using real world plebs as it goes, and adding new things can mean people think up new strategies instead of the game just being the same its entire life.

They could certainly shorten the seasons, but they're trying to really sell the whole BF Pro thing to the COD kiddies who want their weird pointless skins.

This actually looks fantastic. It does really give credence to the whole "Pushed the game forward a year because they were worried about GTA6" but this is exactly what the game needs.

• Persistent servers.
• Year long road map
• Larger maps.
• Multiple maps per season.
• Reworks to existing maps.

Actually super pumped for this.

Thought this was odd as Golmud is in China, but when reading up more, apparently this version of the map is set in Tajikistan. Kinda weird, why would they change something like that when it makes no difference?

It does look cool, but I'm too deep into Crimson Desert to be able to think about Battlefield at the moment. And I'm still a long way from being done with it.

Think they're just hesitant to avoid real life tensions between countries like China, Russia, Iran. Also wouldn't surprise me that they avoid China as China is a huge market for them, so they wouldn't want to inadvertently piss off the government there who could cut that market down.

I've lost all interest in it due to the lack of content - I loved the season one even with all its many many flaws, but the fact it still hasnt got any major additions has me so meh I'll likely not play again

I stopped playing as soon as redsec came out. Then stopped playing redsec like a month later. Going to take a fair bit to lure my pals and I back I think.
