Is he a son of any of the Danihers that played?

82 games .. so NO Father Son
I google detective it too, makes me sad.

Almost sense some jealousy there Turbocat
That coming from a Cat supporter
What was your last count? 8? hahahaha
Mate no jealousy at all . I love Father Son , good luck to you. You pick them wit in the rules , you pay the rate the system demands. Bit of luck but a bit of development as well. Its not as if they all look they will turn into best champs , or in fact do. The test is whether you support the iffy ones as well. I think Geelong and Ess have done that in the past. I think you have another Neagle coming thru , is that correct?
You would have to agree , having the four Danihers as players and now they are starting to produce the next Gen... some recruiting choices just keep on hurting. Bad Luck Swans
Jydon Neagle (18)
Daniel Thompson (18)
Jake Long (17 - 2014 draft eligible with big wraps apparently)
Todd Van Der Haar (17 - 2014 draft eligible developing nicely apparently)
Callum Daniher (17 - not on the radar as yet)
Nathan Neagle (16 - 2015 draft eligible with big wraps apparently)
Tom Wallis (16 - 2015 draft eligible)
Jett Bewick (15 - 2016 draft eligible)
Harvey Daniher (15 - 2016 draft eligible)
Matthew Neagle (15 - 2016 draft eligible)
And we still have Jordan Williams (19y.o - Frankston Dolphins) and Tom Fields (20 y.o - Norwood) as overagers that are playing high level football in hopes of chasing an AFL dream.
So yeah, we are going to keep the Father/Son rule as much in our favour as possible.
Oh, and we have Jedd Clothier as a NSW Scholarship player who is draft eligible who is playing rep footy with Jydon Neagle in the NSW Rams U18 side as another possible gimme we could have a free crack at.
So yeah, both our teams continue on giving long after the careers of some have long finished![]()
2 Fletchers. 3 Hirds! More Danihers and Neagles. As far as I know we have:

There was some Danihers playing at Box Hill a few years ago as well, not sure which ones sons they were.
Yeah, but we'll have Josh Dunkley in a few years, and Tom Mitchell has started going great guns. We've also got Lloyd Perris tearing it up for the NSW U/18 and Issac Heeney next year (Both AIS boys). You win some and you lose some.
Dont count on Dunkley:
Sydney Swans embroiled in father-son spat that could cost them Andrew Dunkley's talented son Josh

That's a nice looking list. Any Johnsons/Solomans/Wellmans to look out for?
If it's changed to 150 that means we'll need BJ to play on till he's 34/35 to get his sonthese are the kids coming through soon eth-dog
whilst somehow we got our hands on a newsletter featuring all our father/son kids available here
Up to 39 father/son kids available to us ranging from 6m (Jacob Lloyd) to the latest batch in the limelight (Jydon Neagle). Not all will make it, but plenty of options available to us.
It would not surprise me to see the father/son rule changed from 100 AFL games to 150 AFL games in order to break the chances of another Joe Daniher situation occuring (his dad playing 100 games at 2 clubs)

In all seriousness that's a lot of kids. Can't wait to have all of them!

Why would they be fussed about that now? Those situations have been cropping up for a while.
