Listening to the girls’ acceptance speeches, it’s so obvious that they love and value the coach, and credit him with their individual and team improvement. We have a gem here. I know he’s been re-signed for a couple more seasons, but I hope we’re paying him well. Don’t want him stolen from under our noses by one of the other clubs. A bit too much of that goes on in the AFLW for my liking, although we’ve been guilty of it too (exhibit A, Bri Davey
