Kenny and Cornesey are asking who has been the best ever Crows player.
My vote: A. McLeod
Anyone want to start a poll?

andrew mcleod.. i think alot of people forget how good this guy was at his absolute peak, he was unstoppable i may me biased but at his very best i have never seen a better footballer.. i remember in 1998 in the prelim final wallace was rotating about 3 guys on and off the bench trying to shut him mcleod down and he blitzed them all

The Best Crow ever: For pure frustration Mathew Liptak (1991-94 after that he was a good player) :thumbsu:

The best Crow ever: For excitement Tony Modra

1. Shaun Rehn
2. Andrew McLeod
3. Mark Ricciuto

The worst - Shane Tongerie, although he did kick 4 goals in a game once. Maybe Ian Downsborough.

The most disappointing - tie between Adam Saliba and Laurence Angwin, both drug hoovers.

Worst five:

1. Aaron Keating
2. Adam Richardson
3. Sudji Cook
4. Brodie Atkinson
5. Lawerence Angwin

But over the years there have been plenty of others:thumbsd:

Ironically a premiership hero :o

Surely Krueger has got to get a nomination as the worst Crow. I was his biggest supporter but he never even wore the Crows guernsey.

As for the best Crow it has to be Roo hands down, he will go down as a legend of the game, I will be telling my grandkids I have met him and I have seen him play.

For pure excitement and his crowd pulling power it has to be Modra. I went to the games when I was younger just to see him play.

Yep I sure as hell did

That mark in 1993 vs North Melb seems like it was yesterday

twice in consecutive weeks too!

i would rather have two premierships to my name than worry about being named by some supporters as the 'worst player' at a particular club. Are we so bored that we can only turn a positive thread into a negative one?

Personally, I find it very hard to split it between Roo and McLeod, atm I think McLeod just shades him with the norm smiths and the performances in the GF's (although his second one was really baked bean head's)

Ahh I miss those Adelaide Uni Engineering mates (rumour had it ;))with that sign :D

It wasn't just a rumour... was sad to see us all trickle away to various parts of the country and globe over the last 10 years.

I still remember the game when Hall was with us and the boys brought in a tape and pumped out.. 'Sing Hall-eluiah, sing Hall-eluiah' every time Hally got a goal.

Good ole Section K Row G (I was in H and knew the boys fairly well but wasn't part of their 'in' crowd.. was more the mech and civil engee's rather than Elec).

We all used to go home after the games and watch the reply to try and see how much air time we all got coz of the banner :)

Modra for pure entertainment value.
Tony Hall used to do some freakish stuff also.
and of course it was always entertaining to watch Weidemann bounce a few players off himself.
