Yes i'm here.

As I promised...1st order of business is to congratulate B70 on the good news.
Well done, and hopefully this turns out to be a beneficial signing for years to come.

Secondly, yes I was playing Devil's Advocate as some have suggested, and I don't think I was aggressive about it as all.

As I was told numerous times that this was a "rumour file", I feel quite within my rights to questions rumours which I interpreted as factual statements.
At the end of the day I was looking out for B70's reputation more than anything, should what he said turned out to be incorrect.

Now, onto the next rumour

I would give up pick 5 if we were to get pick 7 along with Marchbank, Stewart, Pickett.

Think we can get a trade done without #5. Could be something along the lines of:

CAR >> 2016 and 2017 2nd (~23 and 815 points each)
GWS >> 2017 2nd (~33 and 563 points) + Marchbank, Pickett and Stewart

Puts their collective value at 16, however with positions likely to change (them up) and us possibly drop - it could stretch further. Effectively valuing him as a mid-first rounder with Pickett (long-term, questionable injury yet to debut) and Stewart (NEAFL player unlikely to get a run ever) the knives.

This gives them more points for 2016 and a valuable upgrade in 2017.

Also reiterating Hrovat whispers he is showing interest in us, is close with KJ and is a very dedicated athlete/trainer will be good for the whole squad. (hopefully will make KJ pull his finger out)

He did last offseason too. Dogs weren't happy with our offer then - might change this year.

Without considering the academy benefits, absolutely. But if there's any chance we or Richmond (or GC if they get Richmond's pick) bid on a GWS academy player before Pick 7, then the trade looks like this:

Before trade - Setterfield, Perryman, Pick 17
After trade - Pick 5 (Brodie/Marshall?), Setterfield, Perryman

So they lose Marchbank but potentially get a 12 pick upgrade on 17.

If I was SOS, I'd be subtly talking up Setterfield

I didn't agree with the way that Itchy went about questioning Barass, but he has a right to be skeptical if he wants. MBank is still not AT the Blues, but this is the next step in the direction of that happening.
I don't agree with calling him out on it, even if he was slightly aggressive in his manner.
