I'm not doubting his playing pedigree. I am questioning however him as a person and if he is the right fit for us. I reckon he is a shit bloke and was at the helm of a sub standard culture, that is all.

As long as we don't get the Tigers Stoppage and Clearance coach, last in both categories

Just shows how much more run they have in their side .

This year, we are up on total clearances, down on centre clearances and break-even in stoppages. This with Gibbs gone, and Murphy and Kreuzer being out for a larger number of games. To balance that, both Ed and Cripps played more games this year than last

Tim Clarke (Midfield assistant coach) gone skiing, now Barker (Head of strategy and high performance) and Amos (Stoppages) need to be replaced too.

Hoping we get Mitchell + Caracella and/or Bartel.

Caracella would be a huge get.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Port traded SPP. They have a really slow midfield and with Polec leaving, would want picks and pace to reinvent their midfield next year.

Is it a good idea? Debatable.

One thing he would add is a bit of torque around the stoppages and that couldn’t hurt. Is he a tool? Don’t know.

They're still in their first year or two. Kennedy has missed so much footy already he might as well be considered a second year player. They would not have made a huge difference because of that, hence why I said "at this stage" - one of your favourite quotes...

Anyway, think we've established weeks ago that I reckon Amos needs to go and you reckon he doesn't.

Take Cripps out and we get smashed in clearance stats. Wouldn't be surprised if we're up on clearances this year compared to last, I'd be interested to see what our clearance stats were like before Cripps got injured last year. He is a natural talent and midfield beast, he will win clearances no matter what setup we have. But look at the turnovers. They are happening quite frequently even when we get a clearance and that's because the players don't know how to position themselves properly and where to run for support.

So you go ahead and keep believing that Amos is a gun stoppage coach with no evidence to back it up whatsoever.

I always felt he would be the first one. Really soft as a player, I wondered if it would translate to coaching.

Midfield coach and that is our biggest issue.

Richmond fans were happy to see him go, never a good sign.
