So he is saying he was a first round draft pick that wasted his opportunities to get a game at the bottom club, but through that whole experience he has learned what not to do so please can another club take another chance on him.......not an entirely appealing proposition and i see that there are apparently no interested suitors at the moment.

At the start of the year I would've said Armfield is gone at the end of the year. Now I'd rather keep him. One year isn't going to hurt the cap and he could be worthwhile having around the club. Warnock needs to go.

Let me remind you this, he has been in the system for 6 years and not just 1. He hasnt proven anything under Mick or John Barker since he has been at Carlton.

Surely that increases the likelihood Jones will stay under a new coach.

Jones is not much of a scoring threat. The thing keeping him on the list will be the remaining 2 years on the contract he signed at this time last year

A more dynamic midfield actually "passing" the ball to players on the lead rather than bombing it to a pack will work in his favour. Hopefully our development focus allows him to harness his hard work on the track, and we see reasonable returns from him. I'm not bullish, but im not writing him off yet.
