I'm surprised the mods actually allow this shit to flare up because all of the racist and vile flogs have a heart attack; they come out of the cracks, spilling their cokes all over their keyboards with potato chips spitting everywhere and twisties stuck in their hair, fat fingers scarcely containing the strength to move and lift as fast as possible from key to key, when another Adam Goodes topic is raised.

I'm from Melbourne, I love Melbourne, but one of my pet hates with Melbourne and it's suburbs is the fallibility, gullibility and outright stupidity of large sections of the AFL following public. There's passion, than there's being a bigot and a racist. It's an easy line in the sand to recognise, and there's quite a few individuals who frequently post on these boards who have neither the capability or capacity to comprehend what they say, firing fast without consideration.
I enjoy a night out at the football, but I swear it brings gutter trash out of hiding who spew incomprehensible garbage from their shit stained mouths. Like the Richmond game when some idiot started having a go at Adam Goodes who was in the goal square no where near the ball.

honestly didn't even notice it myself, you lot seemed to boo every ten seconds so it's hard to tell the difference.

I hate booing at the footy. Unless a player had done something within that game, ala Vickery I just can't understand it. Hated when Jack Reiwoldt was booed when Richmond played Essendon earlier this year just because of who he is. He did nothing in that game to evoke that reaction. It just shows much of the public are stupid nuff nuffs.

The booing of Goodes was nothing to do with his race. Ridiculous to suggest.
It was because of his dog act last year where he kicked at Gibson's legs to take him out of the contest. Could've ruined Gibson's career.

That was entire point of this thread. Bag EFC and it's officials if you like... and bag our supporters like any other supporters too. That's normal.
It's taken in an extra dimension though now, even the media are into it. Worms like Barrett make public comment about every crowd reaction at an EFC game. The media speaks down to EFC supporters.
Last night was just an example - the same thing happened vs Essendon and there wasn't discussion about Goodes, there was discussion about Essendon supporters.
People and the media need to deal with the fact that EFC supporters are exactly the same as any other clubs: passionate, irrational, occasionally aggressive.
None of us are much different no matter what the club. Bag the actions of officials all you like... leave well alone normal, good, honest people who just happen to put on a red and black scarf when they go to the footy. Stop insulting their intelligence.
(No I'm not talking about myself, it doesn't bother me. All's fair on here).
