No ramifications here champ.Imo, it was half a piss take probably after a few drinks, then removed it after thinking about possible ramifications.

Levers not as bad as first thought. If he's lucky he'll play last JLTAs long as Lever's isn't a rupture he can run in a week and keep fitness and be right before round 1
Brads seems more dicey with repetitive nature
Might be ok from 25 yo onwards , needs to be carefully managed before thenI know it looks a bit rich saying it in hindsight, but I had a bad feeling as soon as I saw Brad had come back early to pre-season training. He was trying to make up lost ground by pushing himself right to the limit, which he should know that his body doesn't allow.
I don't think his career is a right off by any means, but he is going to have to be managed carefully for his whole career. His preparation/recovery is going to have to be perfect and may require a few rest breaks during the season.

I feel sorry for (no I don't) the non maggies supporters who jumped on port power thinking they would replicate the maggies success in the afl. They sold their soul for a lie.I actually don't see where Marty is coming from. The greatest football club I watched growing up...and I hated them because I was a Glenelg supporter was the Port Magpies, the real Port, not the plastic corporate shell they have evolved into. They went out each year expecting to win the flag, every year that was their plan. Not make the eight and anything can happen but we are going to win the flag. I actually feel a bit sorry for old time Magpie supporters who have transferred to the Power because the Maggies wouldn't have put up with Hinkleys shit.
Now, there was no draft to even up the comp back then but it was an even comp, we all played by the same rules, you bought players and it wasn't like Port was the financial capital of the universe, in fact they may have been behind the eight ball more then in front of it but one thing they had was the belief that they had a squad good enough to win the flag. Christ knows they did it often enough, usually when my team was in the final against them and as much as it shitted me, I admired that strong belief.
We aren't going to challenge for a flag whilst we think " eight and something will happen" or "lets tank this year". I don't mind us playing our kids, in fact I'd rather that than get Mookay to AFL life membership but if we do, the mentality has to be harder at the ball, run faster, more second efforts and at the end of the day, more goals because the goal of this club is to win flags, not to get number one draft picks.
Do you have x-rays for a hamstring?Brad had more X-rays/scans late last week

X-ray can highlight a hamstring tendon avulsion. tear from a small piece of Bone,Do you have x-rays for a hamstring?![]()

, didn't mean to sensationalise it, but yeah he was down at a sports med clinic and went in for some different scans, could just be a progress report or you can read a bit more into itSportsmed at Stepney has MRI capabilities,Should of expanded on what I just posted before actually, didn't mean to sensationalise it, but yeah he was down at a sports med clinic and went in for some different scans, could just be a progress report or you can read a bit more into it
Sportsmed at Stepney has MRI capabilities,

Sorry Jumbo. I call bullshit. The original magpies were even bigger dirtbags than the current wannabes. They were a bunch of front running band wagoners that make this current crop look amateurish in comparison. Don't let the passage of time dull your memory or soften the impact these refugees from the dark ages of the SANFL would like you to fondly remember them by..........Don't drop your standard!I actually don't see where Marty is coming from. Yes the MRI would be standard at that level... of course also specialists in Orthopedics down there, has to be said![]()
Don't appear too worried...which worries me.
Did the doctor happen to say "hi everybody" when he entered the room?I went there last year - they told me there was nothing wrong with my finger, when in fact it was broken in two places and one of the tendons was partially severed.
Good times.![]()

Boxing fan and Star wars fan,Very smart you are !!

Sportsmed at Stepney has MRI capabilities,

I think this is incorrect. Sportsmed are currently expanding to include Jones & Partners onsite to be able to complete MRIs onsite and be a "one stop shop"
As I understand it, they currently only have X-Ray facilities.
My wife is a nurse there![]()
