It's funny because pre bye with almost the same team (if not better given Andrews was still in the side) almost all of us were bemoaning guys like bastinac, Mayes, bewick, bell etc and how they would offer little in the seniors given they were and are still struggling in the reserves.

The only thing that's really changed since then is that we've actually won some games, yet we're now confident they could come in and do the job very few of us thought they were up for only a few weeks ago. It's not like they are in great form in the ressies all of a sudden.

Now perhaps given we're getting more contributors every game than before, couple could be absorbed a bit easier now, but we're still a long way behind where we need to be depth wise.

Bastinac has been mentioned amongst best on ground most games in the seconds all year. He is one id have confidence in playing a role in the firsts if required. Frost has been good this year since coming back from his injuries of last year, has also been in the emergencies recently so he is seen as being able to step up also.
