This thread is based on an alegation made on national television, on the biggest footy show in the country, surely if the allegation was incorrect the Lions would simply refute it, if they do i'm more than happy to take their word on the issue and i will ask the mods to delete this thread, but as of yet that has not happened, as far as i know anyway.

Firstly, congrats Dane Swan, great player ....Well looking at the end of the Brownlow votes Blacky & Rocky tied on 9...Seems Rocky's B&F win was justified getting home over Black by one vote...What a complete hack of a journo Barrett is.. Obviously cant recognise young talent coming through when it hits him straight in the face... Like most of his fanciful tales he attacks a system he knows jack about and underhandly insults a worthy winner.....No doubt being the weak prick he is, he wont have the intestinal fortitude to retract his comments on national television, on the biggest footy show this year (the GF) and say he got it wrong...Such a pity Big Footy punters give him any sort of credit.

The mass of players I saw gathering around Rockliff to congratulate him afterwards certainly didn't give give the impression of "seething" to me.

This thread, much like Barrett's fan-fiction, has, in the end, amounted to nothing.

That's why you don't bother issuing corrections for mozzies like Barrett.

Funny you don't rate the umpires fairest & best award.. but you rate the Purple Warriors opinion enough to run a poll ....It's a bit spooky though that 2 completely different voting systems came up with the same 2 players....perhaps they saw something the Purple Warrior failed to observe before opening his pint size gob and motor mouthin' like the mindless suck he is..
