At the risk of sounding discriminatory, the offer of participation is first and foremost extended to Freo supporters. Should we not have 44 position filled by the time the AFL draft is completed, then we may offer a position to supporters of other clubs.




And Moo - you're on the "rookie list", to be upgraded should we be struggling for numbers at the time the buddy draft gets underway.

Not for a while yet - after all the drafts have been completed. Just thought I'd start early as I thought it would take a while to fill the 44 spots. Seems I was mistaken. But I suppose as long as we have the people on the list, we'll be ready to get cracking as soon as the playing list for 2007 is finalised.

And Popey - general consensus seems to be that we start from scratch with a completely new draft, which means you may get Roger the Dodger or you may not. Do you want "in" anyway?

I guess there is the option of those who really, really, really, really want their 2006 buddies again for 2007 to keep them, with the rest going into the "draft pool". Thoughts?
