Poor lil parrot seemed to think Ackland was the messiah and is better then Seaby. Lets compare the weekends games then.

Cain Ackland played in the ruck against a slow unco CHF in Pattison. His stats. 3 kicks 2 handballs, 16 hitouts 1 behind

Mark Seaby played in the ruck against one of the best ruck duos in the comp in Syndey with no help at all and ended up with. 7 kicks, 6 handballs, 23 hitouts, 2 goals.

Seems the talent has shone early on this year. Seaby is a class ruckmen while Ackland is a poor mans Dylan McLaren. Must get dropped afte that woeful performance by him. Made Cam Cloke look like the Tiger Woods of AFL last night. Just a horrible player. 300k well spent :o

We are still ahead of you on the ladder though and that's all that counts:thumbsu:

I watched Seaby's game carefully - a very ordinary footballer. He does make me laugh though. Ackland was "serviceable", but did you enjoy Cam Clokes dominant ruck performance. I have to admit I am surprised how well he has progressed since leaving Collingwood. I've learnt that one should never underestimate the toxic-deskilling effects the Collingwood Football Club can have on a players development. BTW didn't the Weagles have a nice little late game mini-fold when Judd left the ground. Looks like the Judd-one-man-game-plan is still intact. Some of the Weagles 2nd tier midfielder and midfield-taggers disposal was laughable wasn't it. Selwood really has a terrible skills. Best to just "give it to Judd" and provide the necessary blocks instead i.e. JW's 2006 game plan :)

Haha, Serviceable. Hopeless is the word your looking for. As far as Seaby goes. 2 goals 23 hitouts. A class act. Sad you cant admit that. :o

Comedy gold :thumbsu:

7 players missing, we beat the second best side in the comp away from home and we're a one man band!

Cloke looked good last night.....of course if Ackland was any good at all Cloke wouldn't have been required to do so much ruck work.

You mean there's actually someone out there who rates Hackland!? Even slightly? And better than Seaby!!??

The only thing he excels at is pushing his own teammates on national TV. Carlton picking him up in the first place was hilarious, never mind the money that they're giving him. I guess when your whole team wants to leave the dump the only people you can attract to your club are talentless unstable freaks :D :D :D

He looks like something out of "The Hills Have Eyes" FFS

Kerr's about 2-3 talent classes below Judd. You imploded after Judd left the ground - hard to avoid that fact isn't it. :)

From the Herald Sun....

"Kerr and Judd both lifted as the Swans charged back in the final term"

On Kerr - "His 10 hardball gets were only challenged by Judd, who grabbed 7"

Player of the Year Votes

5 - Daniel Kerr
4 - Chris Judd

Yep, seriously one man band.

Imploded after Judd left the ground???? They kicked the last 2 goals late yes, hardly an implosion....consecutive goals of course, but implosion?

parrot, you've been shown to be incorrect on the Judd one man band issue before, find a new tune.

From the Herald Sun........

Sorry, but the HUN footy journo's have a long established record of knowing absolutely nothing about football. In Victoria we read their comments for a laughs only. Often they quote players that weren't playing in their best. Once they even quoted a recently retired player in their post-game discussion, thinking he actually played a game. It is one of the funniest reads around. The HUN is one of my favorites. :)

Ah....I'm in Victoria so no need to educate me on their credibility.......still higher than yours :thumbsu:

Just because I'm a sport though, here's one for you to enjoy from The Age.....

"That West Coast held on was due to the willpower of the likes of Daniel Kerr and Chris Judd, who were magnificent in the final quarter when the tide was running against them. Neither Brett Kirk nor Jarrad McVeigh had been able to contain Kerr, the ferocity of his attack on the football proving too much."

None of which changes the original issue Seaby >>>>>>>>>>>Ackland :thumbsu:

Haven't you just contradicted yourself? Seaby had no help = full game time while Ackland played probably less than half the game yet still got 16 hit outs.

Moreover, love to see the bounce/boundry throw-in counts between Saturday and Sunday night's games.

Herald Sun rankings points

Seaby = 122
Ackland = 51

Seaby had more minutes on the ground, but beat Ackland in every statistic that matters....plus factor in the quality of the opposition...

Seaby v Everitt / Jolly
Ackland v Pattson / Polak

You're all over the place now aren't you. First you agree that the HUN have zero cred, and then you quote them to back up your Seaby delusion. BTW I don't take any notice of stats, because they are pretty meaningless. I base my assessments entirely on what takes place on the footy field. Seaby is one of the most uncoordinated, and low talent rucks in the AFL, and you were lucky that the Swans rucks were so terrible. Watching Seaby play footy is a continual source of amusement for all footy fans. He's the Weagles Trent Knobel. :)

I told you I lived in Victoria so didn't need you telling me whether the Sun were or weren't credible, and confirmed that whatever the case, they have more credibility than you...then posted comments from The Age too seen as YOU don't rate the Sun apparently.

Must be tough for you, when our number two ruck is better than any ruckman on your list.

You really are a tosser. Kerr was the reason Eagles won that game. Judd was good as he always is but Kerr was unreal.

You're right, the HUN is garbage. But then again, so are you. You have no idea what you're talking about. You constantly say that Judd is the only reason we're any good in the vain hope that he'll someday come to your club, which he won't.

If you watched the game at all on Saturday, you'll notice that Kerr was easily BOG, Judd was second at best. Judd came off the ground for 3 minutes in the last quarter, but Sydney kicked their last two goals while he was on...How does your little theory explain that?

Seaby was great, always picks up the slack when Cox goes out, and you support Carlton, so you can hardly laugh at our ruck stocks, can you?

We can put this one away.

Seaby and having no one at all are both preferred to Mr 300k Cain Hackland. Dont worry guys. 1 game down, Only 65 more left to go
