We're rebuilding a midfield and it can actually be a hinderance for us to lead it with legacy thinking from a guy that used to have Mitchell, Hodge, Lewis and Sewell at his disposal.

Note - that doesn't hold true for Clarko - the way he directs and manages is very different to instruct/direct/top down authority. He actually leads in a way that brings out the ideas and creativity of his line coaches.
