Nah sorry, I can't provide any better picture. I have that as part of the North American box art, and this: http://i.imgur.com/qWw78B7h.jpg as part of the European box. I just got given these pics today and asked what they were on a different site. Was hoping someone could ID it. As for platforms, I've asked the guy and I've come up with him owing a 3DS, PC, PS2, PS3 and a Game Boy Advance.

I would have guessed a Mass Effect game from the pic in this post, seeing the blue things look like Turians but apparently not...
