Is Kozzie Pickett away on sorry business too or is it just Duds?

Duds was good in the wet last week. Another wet game means we need more players with his skill set. He’ll be a loss for us.I'm loving the promise he is showing as someone with no preseason and starting a long way back fitness wise in general. He hadn't even played 20 league SNAFL games, he's a steal. But let's get real: Of the players to have played 8 or more games for us this season he is currently the 2nd lowest ranked.
Interesting Amiss is the lowest. Another tidbit, of all the players in the comp with a ranking below or equal to Amiss (4.06) he has the most goals by 10. (16 to Ollie 'Spud' Lord on 6. How is he getting a game just quietly Port fans?).
Dudley is still statistically our weakest ground ball player. He is last in every GB category for non key forwards (for all Freo players with more than 3 games this year he is second last. Even Darcy has more ground ball gets per game). At this point the only area he is excelling in is kicking threat rating. I think the opposite we'd miss him more if it was dry.Duds was good in the wet last week. Another wet game means we need more players with his skill set. He’ll be a loss for us.
Player rankings are weird half the time. Amiss has probably been better than Treacy in these last couple weeks tbh

I don’t think Darcy should play his first game back in the wet in a heavy track. Not sure if Darcy plays. He hasn't taken part in main training

Was he good in the wet last week yes or no? Thats my only criteria. I’m short sighted.Dudley is still statistically our weakest ground ball player. Maybe the per game vs per minute way the stats are presented hurts Dudley , looks dangerous enough around loose ball by the eyeDudley is still statistically our weakest ground ball player. Well peoples eyes are wrong then. I mean you can do these calcs yourself, however: His total TOG for the season is 60% (due to being sub a few times and having a lowish tog when he's not). Even if you multiply his figures by 1.3 to take it to 80% he is still last. I will go on record right now as saying if these figures don't improve he won't make it. (I suspect they will improve through).Maybe the per game vs per minute way the stats are presented hurts Dudley , looks dangerous enough around loose ball by the eye
Based on the fact that structurally he doesn't fit. We're 0-3 playing 2 ruckmen this season, in each of those games we've been destroyed in pressure factor and that has come directly from being far too tall.
Only way Darcy can conceivably come in, is if the other ruckman comes out of the side, and right now Jackson's form is significantly better. I'm not keen on messing with the structure that has resulted in our 2 best performances of the season in the last 2 weeks, on an away trip, in the wet against the form team in the comp.
The way the side is best structured up, Sean Darcy is not best 22, he's a backup ruckman, and I'll die on this hill - the Darcy and Jackson combo does not work, it's one or the other.
An underdone Darcy was destroyed by Gawn, cost us 4 pts.Based on?
The same amount of time at Peel as Hayden Young?
Or are we taking a tiny patch of exposed form out of Jackson and assuming he can perform that way all year, like we tried last year except he fell in a physical heap by the middle of the year and became unwell.
A game we lost by 10pointsA game we played one ruckman, and barely lost even with two of their guns firing like it was a wedding.
Plenty cost us 4 points. But none more than Draper on KozzyAn underdone Darcy was destroyed by Gawn, cost us 4 pts.
A 160cm tall aboriginal kid makes it on to an AFL list but is bad at picking up ground balls …. yeah rightoWell peoples eyes are wrong then. Great...
Ryan Daniels confirmed.I could perhaps justify playing Darcy and Jackson, if both were 100% fit and ready.
Darcy is so far underdone, it is not funny and Voss is playing well.
Surely two weeks in the WAFL would have done Darcy the world of good.
Are we sure it is not a parody twitter account? Surely it must be![]()
