When I spoke directly to Finnbar he literally cited Toby Pink as someone who outmuscles him easily in training which makes him realise how much work he needs to do before he cracks the AFL team;

Take this with however many grains of salt you like, but I know one of Finnbar's mates who says he has been told to expect to get a game pretty soon (that was just last week).....don't need to outmuscle em if you jump over the top of em.

Phillips will get another year on bottom dollar. Im a phillips man, you dont give that up. Second year blues after all his setbacks. Keep him, play ressies, let him get it together. He is an afl player, no need to rid of him yet. Will will be on the list next year.
