Do you think D Mac will be selected in the 22 this week?

Dropping Hamill to keep Mackay in the side is probably the worst selection decision in ten years.

Hamill is in good form and is part of our future.

Mackay is a joke. His experience is worthless.

I can stomach Ronin out for McHenry, it is a logical choice. Unfortunate, but can understand it.

Very happy Framton is out. The Forward trio of Tex, Fog and Tilthy should remain for the rest of the year.

Happy Murray is in. One of McAsey/Murray/Worrall had to come in.

It was always going to be an undeserving young guy coming out with Ned back in.

Would have dropped Berry personally. Nothing against him, but he’s played all season. Ronin deserves his shot

lol

The change was pretty simple, leave O'connor in and drop ****ing Mackay.

All of this.

Must be something up with Hamill, or its a match up thing in the backline.

Wow, Hamill out and McKay retained is one of the worst selection decisions we have made for a long time. The only way they could somewhat justify it is if they are resting Will, but he is listed as omitted...

Is the club sort of doiong it to stick it to the more vocal of the supporters?

That's literally the only reason I can think he's still in the team. 'You can't bloody tell us what to do!' attitude?
You'll find the majority of supporters love him.

It's just the people who have a better understanding of the game who don't.

You cant help but feel he will go around again next year. Why play him so much this year if not?

Players have clearly overtaken him but we shuffle around Seedsman to be a half forward to keep Dmac in the squad on the wing. Dmac struggled there so now Hamill is out so he can go to half back again. He is invinsible.

He will probably get his 15 to 20 meaningless touches and consede a handful of goals but many on here and coaches will claim "he wasnt our worst"
dont he stupid, he had a delayed start due to a hampered preseason, he was always going to play and then stay.

It's certainly right up there with:

- Bringing Scott Thompson in for 1 game in 2017 when he was totally cooked, replacing Hugh Greenwood

- Bringing in Van Berlo against North Melbourne instead of Hartigan, a game we proceeded to lose by 10 points with North's 3 talls dominating

- Bringing in Gallucci to Brisbane for one week who we then drop for an omitted Mackay who didn't play any SANFL

- Bringing in Brad Crouch for the first time to play alongside his brother Matt but then demoting Matt to the sub

- Bringing in Sam Jacobs and Richard Douglas to play a final dead rubber game against Western Bulldogs away before delisting them both immediately after

- Dropping Matt Crouch after he had 25 disposals as a young kid

Plus many more I'm sure I'll think of soon

Yes Scorpus but rewarding loyalty and experience is far more important than playing players with ability or a future.
