I thought Arty was very good in the VFL but it was against an admittedly terrible Carlton. It’s very hard to compare that performance with what McNeil and Sanders did at AFL level, each on limited minutes. Mind you West Coast were also pretty terrible.

No, he is available. I don’t think he is the guy the match committee turns to to get us through a must-win game at this stage of his career. Maybe next year he will be a regular.

If there is a change I'd be ok with Arty for McNeil. And probably start him sub.

I would have roled the dice on Treloar as sub bit I can understand the club's position based on 70% or so of VFL time as the one real game time weeks.

it’s ruthless but I would bring in Arty (sub) for Sanders. Poor Ryley has had two shocking weeks at the wrong time of the year. Bit sad like how Westy got injured and was out of form at the wrong time last year too.

I thought Sanders did ok in just over a quarter after he came on as sub. Got involved in the action, 6 hb 0 kicks but some reasonable pressure.

I think he’d be stiff to miss out. If any change at all I’d be making Arty sub and dropping McNeil, but I think no change at all is more likely. Maybe McNeil as sub.
