I mean it's not like it isn't hard to find a good forward , or even an ok forward , or a moderately competitive one. I mean we have drafted and developed one , ****ing one in our entire Afl ****ing journey But yeah just drop the only ducking hope we have repeatedly at the drop of a hat while giving average to poor mids and flankers which are literally flooded across the league and available and easy to find draft develop or trade in multiple chances for years.

It's like we have the whole thing entirely backwards and as long as this club has this mindset we will never , I repeat never have any success

Let's face it, Ken has never shown much faith in Butch, and it was always on the cards that he would get the lemonade and sars this week, but it does beg the question as to why the f*** he was given another contract in the first place.
The season is f****d anyway, so what was wrong with letting the bloke play 5 or so games in a row to see how he went, and as has been pointed out by Dinger, Charlie's form is arguably worse anyway.

Don't mind the changes - apart from O'Shea back in!

As much as I love Butch, let's be honest he was always going to be delisted so we may as well see what Trengove can offer up forward to see if the Ryder/Trengove tandem is workable for next year. Unfortunately, that means we need Lobbe to come back in. Hopefully he can play well enough to maintain his trade value as a "seeking opportunities to be a number one ruckman" trade! Although I'm loading up on Gawn as SC captain this week!!

Palmer in is fantastic and Arch just hasn't done enough to take his chances this year. Shows signs but is way too inconsistent and is probably done on our list.

Would have brought Bonner in instead of O'Shea.

Lobbe had to come in. Jacko during the week was pleading for more help as all his huge efforts over the past few months is slowly catching up to him.

I am no Butcher fanboy - my avatar is proof of that - but he has been our most effective forward this past fortnight, and was one of very few players who deserved to retain their spot after last week. Meanwhile, we shuffle another two fringe players -Ah Chee and Stewart - while our rotten core remains untouched yet again. This club, man...

At least Palmer gets a deserved and long-overdue debut, though it is difficult to be excited at this point.
