He obviously wants to be a senior coach again. I'd say he's had enough time and learning to get back into the scene, but it doesn't seem like he cares too much about which club he coaches, he seems more concerned at getting the opportunity in the first place. That's a fault of his I'm not yet sure if he's fixed. He has plenty of practical understanding of football, but does he have the capacity to build a strong enough connection with his group?

Richardson isn't one to kiss Hinkley ass.
I would gladly welcome him back if it meant moving on Voss. As if bringing in an assistant who has no respect for the head coach would be a good idea. Ken aint going anywhere (unfortunately) so it will be a matter of managing up.

Whilst I respect your opinion I couldn't disagree more. Ken comes across as the most arrogant person.ans it's widely reported he doesn't listen and is dismissive of others' opinions. Last thing we need is another Hinkley lapdog and a sacked coach witha poor record at that. We weren't going anywhere but up after 2012. Forget 13 &14. Look at the last 5 years as a body of work. That's a more telling story.

My prediction/hope is:

OUT: Ebert, Burton, Sutcliffe
IN: Houston, Broadbent, Ryder

I would love to see Ryder in, I want to actually see how we go with Dixon and Ryder up forward. We haven’t had the chance, Ryder went out when Dixon came in. If this happens I want Howard to stay forward as well. Richmond don’t have a tall defense. For once in our whole tenure under Hinkley, can we please take an advantage that is to our benefit, not trying to counteract the opposing teams? Good luck stopping that forward line.

If it doesn’t work, you just swing Howard back mid game, it’s not that big of a deal. Ryder is far too good to not be in the team.

As good as Lycett was in those couple of games as solo ruck, he was horrible last week.

When Voss came here, I expected Wines to be the next Michael Voss.

I suspect the blue baggers are only doing due diligence interviewing Voss, and he will be one of at least 5 or 6 candidates they will speak to.

If they bother to watch some footage of games, particularly a number of showdowns, where as midfield coach he continually allowed the oppo to have an unchecked player coming off the back of the square at bouncedowns, and at least two players strategically placed outside the pack at boundary throw ins to receive the quick give or sometimes even a scrubber kick in their general direction, then I doubt they would even consider him as their magoo's coach, but I guess where there is life there is hope.
