It depends what you want. Tackling with poor efficiency or a more outside running game with higher efficiency and metres gained. I'd say we have enough inside guys that are tackling so if Sheed comes in it will be either Ainsworth or Hutchings out to keep the balance.

Yeah Masto’s defensive running has been good but I was pretty pissed by his effort when GWS got their first. Tbf there was someone else that looked to be jogging at the time as well.

Sheed seems to take a couple of games to get back into it. Always average when he first gets back. Best replace Ainsworth, keep Hutch, but only if Sheed is fully fit.

good news! was hoping this Indian summer wasn't going to break and bucket down rain..
So the Tiggers on a 6 day break with a westward flight, Dusty arguably in less than perfect form, can be tagged, and some say they're ripe for a fall...same could be said of us perhaps, but somehow can't see that with our 'ins'..

Not that I care that much about being written off but the time between us beating the Hawks in the QF and playing the GF in 2015 was the most exciting time for us in recent memory.

Dude in my original comment I didn’t flat out say he was bog. I said top 3 if not bog so in that game he was one of our best. Dom was one of the mids that was doing well when the cats were dominant and he was also one of the mids that helped change the momentum our way.

Tbh I would take simmos word that most of the campaigners on here. Also Brad Scott giving him a high vote is pretty significant considering Ablette and Danger were immense on game day.

Also funny how you praise hutchings and critique Dom. Hutch along with Masten our the biggest momentum killers and our the worst decision makers in the side. Dons kicking at times can be a bit hit and miss but the kid with a bit of space will lace out a team mate. Hutch on the other hand won’t. I’m sorry but your in the minority for hutch over shred comments. Hutch purely stays as a tagger or plays for so.

I'm talking specifically about this week, im not sure he's best 22 coming off an injury.

I have however corrected myself once I read people suggesting Ainsworth be dropped.

I have no gripe with Sheed but he isn't a 'head and shoulders' above anyone else type selection. He doesn't have a massive amount of strings to his bow that demands selection to be the difference between us winning and losing. If he needs an extra week than now isn't a bad time to give it (not put him in the wafl).

He is marginally better than Hutchings as an overall player, but Hutchings isn't coming off injury.

Masten can hit a target lace out in space as well.

As for the Geelong game, he wasn't in our top 3 imo, the majority agree. However I'm sure we can agree this argument is getting boring now?

I think this is the first time I've posted on an opposition board - I come in peace.

I can't believe this is a 1st vs 2nd game and I'm not overly concerned about losing. Everyone wrote WCE off in the pre-season (me included) and good on them for proving the naysayers wrong - Simpson deserves a lot of credit.

Hopefully its a cracking game with no injuries

... Obviously hopeful the Tigs get up but overall, would love for both teams to finish top 2 and secure home QF's.

All good mate, looking forward to the game massive challenge for our boys, but i am surprised how well they are going as well. I was thinking if we were 4 and 4 after round 8 I would be stoked. Will happily take 7 and 1. Same I am looking forward to a hell of a game (no injuries).
