They looked decent against Geelong.
Were down by about 30 odd points in the first, but came back strong.
They did a typical North 4th quarter fade though. The 43 point margin doesn't quite tell the story.

Was talking to a mate of mine, I said this is actually a game that I'm nervous about. He asked why, its only West Coast. I said because it's a game where I have somewhat of an expectation to win. We don't have that expectation much these days.

Won't be a walkover or an easy game. I highly doubt it's gonna be a 5+goal difference if we win.

We don't handle expectation well, so should be a close game unfortunately.

But the last time I wasn't that worried about this mob, Rhett Bazzo was one of their better performers, we didn't turn up until the last quarter, Sheezel had a clear goal disallowed, and we remedied their (AFL/VFL record) streak of 12 40+ pt losses in a row, including four by 100+.

At the time I wanted to shut him up but had my kids with me so I couldn't really do anything. If I'd been on my own it might have been worth starting a fight. Just watched it back. No bullshit calls. Cripps got a foot to that kick. The closest thing to a bullshit call is the fact it took the ump an eternity to call htb on Duggan, but Jy still had the presence of mind to give the handball and provide an i50 opportunity... which we failed to mark.

Stop trying to defend it, bro. What you are trying to intimate does not happen in professional sport unless it's the 2002 World Cup or something similar where genuine corruption occurs.

We choked an unchoke-able lead in the last few minutes. We'd done very similar thirteen weeks prior and were salvaged by a regulation tackle being rewarded htb. And then Paul Curtis.
