At the moment i'd probably have:

In: Colledge
Out: LeCras (Suspension)

Gotta reward Colledge for WAFL form rather than Tunners on potential.

Where would you play Colledge? Midfield rotation and forward line as a like-for-like replacement for LeCras? Is he a goal kicker at WAFL level?

I'd play him probably the same position as LeCras, spending time forward while rotating through the midfield. Plays in the midfield for East Perth and gets plenty of it. Was drafted as a utility forward so he can find the goals too. If LeCras gets off then i'd consider switching Colledge for Hutch although you'd be harsh to drop someone from the game yesterday.

Out: Lecras
In: Smith or Hill

...

;)

It will likely be Tunbridge or Colledge.

I just hope it isnt out: accurate goal kicking, but we will probably kick something like 3.47

Going off WAFL form as ins the McGinnity and Colledge should get another go, would prefer the later as to the former.

So with a bit more revision this time;

Out: Lecca (possible susp) Hutchings

In: Colledge, McGinnity or Tunbridge

Also, Lecras possibly being out is such a massive loss. He's a big part part of this team being one our more effective forward/mid players. Something that IMO we need more of.

lecras i reckon is one of the main reasons why we kick straighter. he simply diversifies our forward line.

if we can get either newman to get back to his best after he gets out or get b matera then itd be perfect.

im starting to doubt hill's ability to get back

lol Simmo is clutching at straws. Article saying Lecca did what he did as he was protecting his arm and hopes the MRP take this into account....

"He's never been reported before and sometimes I think with his arm he's probably thinking he should bump rather than tackle. There's some things there where I can see why he did it."

Again showed why he is one of our most important, clean hands, evasive and he hit up Kennedy 5 times i reckon.

Never been reported, does he get the extra discount for a good record over certain amount of years? Could get the 25% for this and 25% for early plea. He's a nice clean cut young lad, may get graded as low impact as the guy played on and didn't seem affected...

I reckon that almost makes it worse. "He was worried about his arm, so he made a conscious decision to bump rather than tackle." Goodbye any chance of getting it graded negligent!

Had a look at the points this morning, if it's graded reckless, high contact and low impact then it's 225 points. 25% off for a good record and an extra 25% off for an early plea makes it 126 points and a week ban.

If it's graded negligent rather than reckless then it's a reprimand.

Lecras' bump will be graded low impact and high contact, no question. The only question mark for me is whether it was negligent or reckless.

If negligent, he will get 125pts and can bring it down to a reprimand.

If reckless, he will cop 225pts and won't be able to get it down lower than one game, even with his 25% good record reduction and 25% early plea (~127pts).

It's one of those situations where, if found reckless, he should roll the dice at the tribunal because his suspension won't increase if he loses (will just have about 40 more carry over points). I'd go for it - you might worry about a guy like Shuey having the extra carryover points, but not Lecras. Plus, we all know how important he is.

re is not too many players like LeCras in the AFL.
He will always be difficult to replace.
There is no like for like other than Hill who is so badly out of form you couldn't consider.
Ellis is then the obvious choice and bring in Sheed or Mcginnity as the sub.

Does College have the capacity to hit the scoreboard?

Nothing I've seen in his limited AFL gametime thus far indicates he does. Although he did get a joe-the-goose and a snap in the pre-season game vs Swans.
