Reckon there'll be two or three; obviously Green's injury will force him out. Don't think Bennell will survive, personally.

I'm going with those two out (would be three pending SME's fitness, ousting Sellar).

In: Petterd, Couch
Out: Green (inj.), Bennell

What do you guys think?

I think this is a decent opportunity to go with a relatively similar team and see if they can back up their 3 quarter effort with a 4 quarter one next week, however obviously Greens out and Bennell didn't really justify his spot. I wouldn't say no to Sellar being dropped for Stef Martin either. maybe Petterd for Green, not sure for Bennell...

EDIT: AFL website says Green is cleared of lung contusion and Melbourne hasn't ruled him out for next week, still unlikely though

Melbourne got killed in the clearances today, surely Couch must be in the mix.

I agree less changes is better but these guys should not be playing, Dunn, Bennell and Sellar

Martin has to play over Sellar. I feel like we have a chance of seeing something happen when Martin gets the ball but there's no hope with Sellar :(

i want Martin back no idea what his injury status is at, f..k casey bring back Stefan!

I'd love to see couch but I'm pretty sure he pulled out of a VFL game 2 weeks ago. I don't think they would debut him after 3 weeks not playing.

Moloney should be dropped but who replaces him?

It's pretty obvious couch isn't gonna play unless magner or mckenzie is dropped. It's not about how good he is playing its about team structure unfortunately.

In: Martin, Sylvia, Morton
Out: Sellar, Bennell, Dunn

Reasoning:
1. Martin >>>> Sellar; he's more agile, more highly skilled, a better ruckman, gives better forward pressure... WHY IS HE NOT IN THE SIDE
2. Sylvia; he's had his week off, he knows he needs to lift and he's one of the most skilled players on our list - he needs to be playing
3. Morton; he's done his time for his poor performance against the Swans, he was really encouraging before then. Much better option to provide some run then Bennell is.

I'll go with those and add:

Out: Moloney
In: Petterd

Sylvia goes to the middle and Petterd up forward.

OUT: Moloney, Green (injury), Bennell, Sellar. I think Trengove should be dropped but won't.

IN: Martin, Lawrance (give him a chance as Bennell & Davey can't to the small forward role) Davis, Couch.

I'd try Garland up forward for a week or two and see how he goes, Davis to the back line. Time to start developing players in multiple positions.

I saw a fair bit of your game on telly and I thought Dunn was really good at half forward. Competed hard for high balls and on the ground. With Clark firing and Dunn's hard work perhaps this give Watts a chance to work his way into the forward line as a forward flanker while he builds up his body for a more contested role.

Also a few of you are saying you were beaten in the clearances. Wouldn't that mean Moloney should stay and Silvia should come in. Those two with Jones makes a big bodied on ball department. This would be ideal to combat the bomber's onballers, who are mostly big bodied with our quicker players on the wings and flanks.

Also I remember a few years back Dunn completely blanketing Watson. Any chance he could be given that role?
