Like the way the banners open out beyond the footy. For example, the first Columbia shuttle took off in April 1981, just before this game at Kardinia, and found itself emblazoned onto the cheer squad's masterpiece.

I think it was a reference to space shuttle Columbia's first flight, not it's last.
