The sad part Shane Heard is that it will just go away, Its like all other AFL scandals that disappear because the AFL has no goolies.
Its all about image and that is why Mclachlan should be gone. There is no integrity with the decision makers,Demetriou should have been fooking jailed over the Essendon saga because he committed corporate fraud. Sex scandals, homophobic scandals, alcohol scandals, gambling scandals,its all part of the AFL and they just make it disappear with the media going soft. "dont bag the AFL you may lose your media accreditation" fooking disgrace

What do you even mean "which parts"?

I would personally reserve the label "racist" to organisations that are explicitly racist. Alternatively, pretty much all organisations could be considered systemically racist, and undoubtedly all historically, by the measure of that report.

Your demand that I answer "yes or no" whether "Collingwood is a racist organisation" just reveals your own shallowness and insincerity.

Ultimately it is just some young blokes chasing a pig skin around an oval.

The sad part is that some people do actually think these kids are any different from the rest of us....they ain't, plenty of idiotic kids send 'dic pics', plenty enjoy experimenting with drugs and drinking to get drunk.

18-30 year olds having fun exploring sex, alcohol, drugs, gambling....wow scandalous! A couple of coaches go through a divorce, wow scandalous!

Society is slowly changing, and footy clubs are reflective of (in many instances attempting to be leaders of) the societal change.

Ultimately people all around the world are sceptical of 'outsiders', people are drawn to the comfort of familiarity and ridicule those who are different....footy clubs are no different

The report is called the 'Do Better' report.

So from the get go there is a inherent bias that they were doing something wrong and need to do better. The conclusion was made in the name of the report before any research had even been done.

“I agree with Leon and all indigenous people. And love them for it,” he posted.

“Harry has nothing to do with that. He’s Brazilian. And if he cared soo much, he wouldn’t have made the name up for himself”

Heritier Lumumba accused of ‘making up’ racist nickname

Heritier Lumumba has been caught up in a nasty social media spat with a former teammate over a racist nickname at the centre of his stoush with former club Collingwood.

But now, former teammate Simon Buckley, who is Indigenous, responded to the report by launching a scathing war of words against Lumumba on Facebook after fellow former player Shae McNamara shared a link to a news article about the racism scandal.

McNamara has been a vocal supporter of Lumumba, confirming he was referred to as “Chimp” at the club.

“He made the nickname up for himself,” Buckley posted in the since-deleted exchange.

“He was all for it when he was winning flags and playing well. He would refer to himself as chimp. He all of a sudden 10 years later wants to be a humanitarian.

“He never complained when he was winning flags and getting a kick himself and calling himself that name. Now all of a sudden he’s out of the media and wants to be back in the limelight and get a few bucks. Weak as p*ss.

“If he wanted to preach about racism, he shoulda called it out at the time and not run with it and calling himself that for a laugh.”
 
Wow, Collingwood supporters more delusional and in denial than ever.. go have a look at their own board to see the acceptance, get over it, H brought it on himself attitudes being spewed over there... accepting Simon Buckley's take on the situation, claiming him as Indigenous, but not believing Heritier when he denies having given himself the ridiculously racist nickname Chimp...

The systemic racism flows completely through the organisation and into their supporter base apart from a small percentage..

It reminds me of a certain teams supporters who still to this day deny the darkest day in Australia sport., Apart from a small percentage of course.

An article, hahaha. pretty sure, your club was found guilty , you all sooked about it for years and many still to this day. The disgraced names of Hird and Watson are proof enough you were as guilty as can be.
