He is going to cost a first round pick (10-18) either way. Can't use the PSD as a threat because we got pick 1 and Carlton got pick 2. Plus Bell wants to come home so Carlton will offer Bell + second round pick for Aish. Only option is that 2016 first round pick or a three way trade involving Scheranberg, Crows first round and Aish.
Thanks for sharing schwaby ;)

Looked at Aish's draft preview he had the highest kicking efficiency at u18 titles

That's good enough for me

So for us trading Scharenberg to get Aish doesn't really improve us.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Aish and scharenberg will probably be playing at the same club next year.
Great mates according to their earlier Instagram photos. They'll either be at Collingwood or one of the Adelaide teams. #captainobvious

Carlton won't have a say if Aish is to nominate Collingwood. Gone are the days of bidding wars.
If Aish nominates Collingwood a deal will get done. As it will if he were to nominate Carlton or Adelaide.

Aish would have to agree to go to Carlton for you to be able to trade with them (not saying he wouldn't but worth remembering) that is why we couldn't bring GC into the equation last year for Beams.

Seriously though I have been hearing rumours that the Lions are into Oxley (who is a Queenslander) and/or Seedsman. Would have thought that if one of those players was in the mix that they could be paired with a second rounder, though I agree that if it's a draft pick only the 2016 1st rounder would be around the mark.

I'd give them both

fair enough. I just think seedy is not a hbf player , a natural wing type and that's where
I would play him, not a natural defender. the ox a very good mark and kick, but on the slow
side of running

If we can keep the seed. Mainly think if he gets a full pre season and we going well he will shine - need nice smooth runners. But it will be up to him to take the next steps

If Brisbane are interested in Seedsman and Oxley then would the two players themselves be enough to get the deal done or would we need to throw in a pick?

My ideal trade scenario would be:
Witts > mid-late first round pick
Witts pick, 2nd round pick 2015 and 2nd round pick 2016 > Treloar
Seedsman, Oxley and 3rd round pick > Aish

Then we use our pick 8ish this year and keep next year's first rounder too.

Come on buddy, I can understand GWS supporters coming up with rubbish like this, but Brisbane supporters more than anyone should know how this works. If Aish nominates a club, other clubs trade offers are irrelevant. You're just setting yourself up for dissapointment if you think there will be a bidding war for Aish between the pies and Carlton.

Yeah Nah - I reckon this is definitely not the only option.

Seed is a absolute soft ****

He is not the hardest player going around but it is probably a little harsh to label him a soft ****.

We need to somehow land a pick between 12-17 for a forward

They only way i see us doing that is if we trade Witts to Sydney/Bulldogs

Witts for Sam Reid?, (+ or - )

Witts for Sam Reid?, (+ or - )
I wouldn't say no to Sam Reid, my only worry would be that if he and his brother are in cycle together with their injury lay off's then we could be in trouble.

Witts is much better than Sam Reid potential wise IMO for their respective roles.

No we have enough dud forwards

Weirderman would be great have him and Moore developing as future forwards would be massive

At least everyone agrees that we should trade?
Whom? That's the tricky part.
