OK so its taken me 24 hours to bring myself to type this .... but congrats guys ... my one eye tells me we deserved to win on Saturday, but my common sense tells me the best two performed sides for the year have made the playoff ... so while it pains me to say , well done bombers and whatever happens i hope the GF is decided by less than a goal either way

May I also add my congratulations to bomber supporters.
We can all whinge about umpiring decisions, injuries etc etc..nothing is ever black and white, however deep down where I live I know the two best teams of 2001 will be fighting it out for the big one. Sounds pretty fair to me.

So good luck for next week; and look forward to next year and beyond where the Hawks v Bombers intense rivalry from the '80's is set to be rekindled.

Oh Noooooo! I don't think I'm gonna make it...somebody hand me the heart pills!?! Anzac Day; the Roo shoot-out , the Swans game...then this? I have certainly gotten my money's worth...and I was worried that this season would be a snooze after the highs of last year!

Good on the Hawkers for having a real go...esp with Barker and Dixon MIA for a good part of the game!!!!
