Some might shoot me for this and whilst individual efforts should never come first before team effort, I think it's worth congratulating Jack Riewioldt on kicking his career 350th goal.

Well done Jack, I'm proud of you. Keep kicking them goals.

Cheers.

People might scoff at this thread, but it should be noted just how much stick Jack was getting from the crowd tonight. Has he ever played in front of a more hostile crowd? The Bronx cheers in the first half from our own supporters were one thing, but the booing he was getting in the dying stages from Bomber supporters, when the game was done and dusted, was relentless. Those spoilt pricks don't know how good they've had it.

I was so glad when he nailed those last couple of goals - especially knowing that last one kept Essendon out of the eight.

Not anything to celebrate, but there's plenty of older stars playing forward only just in the 500/600 goal zone. So you would think he has them covered with a tally down the track.

Yep spot on well said. The game was all over and still the Bomber supporters booed Jack, not a good look. Jack did his bit - all be it in the last quarter, but the delivery into the forward 50 was putrid, so it's not his fault tonight. In end stats-wise he did ok and kicked three-straight.

3X Coleman Medallist.

There can only be one coleman medalist. When we look back at these miserable years at least the history books will say Jack Riewoldt - Richmond, Coleman Medalist.

That's something.

History books will also say, Shaun Hampson - Carlton, Richmond. Ugh. FMD.

One of the few players that cares, try's hard and has leadership qualities. I have a feeling if Hardwick is at the club next year (he shouldn't be there Monday) Jack might get traded or ask to be traded. You can tell he is sick of playing with a bunch of losers.

He's a 2x coleman medalist.

Ok people, I apologise for making a thread about Jack's 350 goal milestone. Mods - feel free to take it off.

Jack will never ask to be traded, and Hardwick (or any other future coach with half a brain) will not put him up for trade.

Jack IS Richmond, in much the same way that Richo was/is Richmond. He's ingrained in the culture now, and vice versa.

Anybody who thinks Jack will ask to be traded (or that he should be traded) is a complete silly! :p

350 isn't really a milestone so not really thread worthy. Goal-kicking milestones are only worth mentioning when bringing up another ton (400,500,600,etc). Good to see him leading the Coleman though.

Gotta draw some sort of a positive out of tonight or else i'll go jump off the west gate.

I'd rather the coach go before any of our core players ask for a trade.
