• Brandon Starcevich arrives at West Coast in a three team deal
• Tylar Young (Richmond) arrived at West Coast in exchange for Pick 38.
• Deven Robertson (Brisbane) has agreed to join West Coast and will be signed on to the rookie list after being delisted by Brisbane

Out:

• Oscar Allen joins Brisbane as a FA - West Coast receive Pick 2 as compensation
• Liam Ryan and a 2027 R3 pick has been traded to St Kilda for a 2026 R2 pick
• Campbell Chesser has been traded to Carlton for Pick 41
• Jayden Hunt announces retirement
• Jack Petruccelle, Callum Jamieson and Loch Rawlinson not offered new contracts
• Coen Livingstone joins the list of players not offered a new contract

• Jamie Cripps and Malakai Champion seem to have been offered new contracts despite there being no official announcement. Means that all players out of contract for 2025 have been given new contracts despite or removed from the playing list

If he goes to the Pre-season draft, he can nominate a contract, which you have to do if he's picked.

We have pick 1 in the pre-season draft and salary to spend so certainly could happen.
(especially considering he was considering coming here a few weeks ago)

Reflecting on how we did during free agency and the trade period I'm glad we got our deals done even if we paid a little too much or accepted a little too less. I think in the scheme of things it wont matter.

We can try for Ah Chee, but I wouldn’t be getting hopes up. The PSD despite being sparingly used does get players to where they want to be.

He would be nice though for sure.

But they got other considerations:
1. 10% discount
2. Trading back 15 and 18 for more points
3. Their picks will move up after they cover a bid for pick 1, meaning the picks listed here left will be worth more for pick two.
4. Using their future 2nd's to trade back in if they have to.

It's pretty tight now for them tbh. They are expecting us to take Duursma at 1 I suspect.

The problem for gc is you can only bring in the amount of picks u have list spots for so they actually have less and moving their picks backwards is unlikely as a result. They need to consolidate their lower picks into a higher pick this time.

Pato a legit chance I doubt gc want to be in such a huge deficit next year.
