Does anyone here have any experience doing cricket coaching courses?

I'm looking into doing my level one certificate fairly soon, and can't find a great deal of information on it. It appears to be a one day course that takes about 7 hours, can anyone confirm this?

With respect Level I is not worth the paper its written on - very general. Level II is really worth doing. Usually you have to wait 12 months before you can go to the next level, but get onto the Coaching Co-Ordinator at the WACA and get into it.

Yeah, I certainly intend to do level II. Interesting that you have to wait 12 months, thanks for the heads up. Yeah I'll start making some calls.

Level 1 is i think a six hour course, dependent upon where you do it can be done in one day or two evenings.

Level II is a three day affair from memory, with a written and practical assessment. Not sure of your age but do it as soon as you can as it will significantly improve your understanding of the game and then in turn your own game. I can thoroughly recommend it.
