on the adelaidenow write up of the norwood game it says walker is promising but in the stats section it doesnt have him with any score at all?
did he kick 3 goals 3 or what is the story?

The articles on the AdelaideNow website are what appears in the paper. Generally the game scores get a seperate box in the paper so don't appear in the article.

The scores that generally feature in these articles are the reserves scores.

Too many people are writing off Sellar too early IMHO,

remember Griffin showed SFA in the local with the Doggies before getting an AFL game out of necessity, and we all know what happened there

Unfortunately (for Kenny) I think his terrible form slump has now provided that necessity

Moran had 19 possessions and 6 marks yesterday for the bloods in his first game back from injury. I havent seen the game but sounds like it was a good first up game for him. Personally I think he may be the next ruckman to come into our side before Maric as he is more versatile than Maric which Neil Craig seems to like. Moran looks like he knows how to find the ball (19 possessions is a good effort for a ruckman), good tap ruckman,very mobile and quick.

I am only going on what I have read and seen in the pre-season competition, but I agree with you. I would prefer Moran over Maric due to Moran's athleticism. We could go three ruckmen if two of them were Tippet and Moran due to the pace and flexibility they offer. I am not so sure with Maric.

I tuned in late and they said Jacky had 6 possessions. He kicked a goal in the goal square with a few minutes remaining after a teammate dished off a handball where he was alone. Again I have to be careful of this not being too harsh because they're young thing.

Moran won the Ken Eglington Medal.

I went to my first SANFL game for a long time on friday and was extremely impressed with what i saw.

i had seen Otten on tv and people here were calling him soft and questioning his attack on the ball, thats not something i would be doing why he may not be the hardest player at the ball when its his turn to go and get it he does, i had also read that some people were questioning his skills, i thought he was brilliant by hand and foot.

Walker i love this kid was sensational so much said that i agree with on here BUT he is very lazy going the other way and could get caught out with this at afl level.

Kite didnt have heaps of it but just looks like a player, copped a couple of dreadful decisions against him and at times thought he wasnt used enough by his team mates when he made space.

did adam cockshell play?? if he did i didnt notice him...

on another note saw joel aish play saturday, i would go as far now as saying no chance of being drafted.

simply not good enough, very one sided, selfish, doesnt chase, could list lots of things. doesnt stand out in a very poor team.
