Also interesting how she brought up that Burton has a strong backer there in Roo so she thinks Burton won't be going anywhere.

Burton will have to shit rainbows to get the players back onboard with him again.

Coaches and Board members contracts terminated on the spot and then fired, all players that have taken issue would essentially become uncontracted and would have to renegotiate terms or leave via trade, a fine, either loss of draft picks or loss of premiership points.

Ignoring all the alleged CM nutjobbery that took place, the biggest disappointment out of this is the management belief that the players were so mentally weak that they needed this drastic intervention to ‘toughen them up’. The same group of players that took us to our first GF in 20 years in the face of:

- their much-loved senior coach being murdered;
- tragic death of Dean Bailey
- Jacobs’ brother’s death
- list sanctions post-Tippett
- our best player leaving
- internal/external pressure from repeated finals failures.

If anything, this group is arguably the most resilient we’ve had barring the flag teams. Yes, the GF was a disaster but the coaching staff/selection were at least equally as culpable. The whole thing smacks of passing the buck onto the playing group and washing their hands of responsibility for their own processes.

1. The media ...Crocmedia and Caro (rucci) have had a vendetta against the club for 12 months ....it's essentially a bullying campaign, where the bullied cannot fight back

2. The ongoing feel amongst players on gameday ...their performances, did not reek of a group distressed or fractured

3.No complaint has been made to the AFLPA ?

4. No player Manager has come out in the press ? .....a given you'd expect

5. Our leadership group have some very strong personalities, who would not have allowed anything untoward .....Sloane is Vice President of the AFLPA FFS

6. Young players these days will not be silenced or bullied to keep quiet

7. Given no-one (media) is accepting of club statements .....i would be pretty confident it's Fagan that has asked the AFL to bring the integrity unit in ....to put this to bed once & for all

8. Finally, you give me ANY statement & i can turn it into a negative

I've had a gut fool ......i won't be wasting 1 more minute on this shit......there's a deliberate attempt by the media to rip this great club apart .....and you're relishing it

Yeah I suspect some things are incorrectly being linked to the camp, but it’s just so easy for the media/fans to make that connection given there’s nothing coming from the club.
