We will play finals regardless if we win today or not, but beating a premiership favorite on their patch gives legitimacy to our own ambitions

On paper this probably our biggest test so far, but ironically it is so big that it almost stops being a test.

The club would see this game as opportunity to make a statement. Collingwood would see it as just another game.

in all seriousness, withdraw Izak if he is at risk, move Rachele to the midfield to pick upsome of Izak's minutes and bring in Sid and have him play forward and stints on ball. If we also wanted to drop a tall (tex would be the one for me), then bring in smith as sub. No way wuld i be risking our best player rankine if he has a sore hammy..far too important for the rest of the season.

This will be an interesting game.

We have all the tools and opportunity to beat them, but they are 1st for a reason. Well coached, tonnes of talent, tonnes of experience and the ability to adapt to tactics thrown at them.

Inaccuracy has hurt us in the past 2.8 and 3.10 at half time theof each 2023 contests.

We are a vastly different side to last years game too:

Crouch, Smith, Cook, Hamill, McHenry, Himmelberg, Murphy and Jones are all out.

I don't expect us to win, but going into our shell would disappointing.
