Thinking:

- Can't play both Crouches in the same team. We know this and have known this for a while now. Matt Crouch misses as Brad is the better player

- McAsey very unlucky but needs some time in the gym.

- If we had to win a game, or if we want to develop players, Walker is not the best choice. Cooked

- Hartigan, Mackay and Kelly not considered for defence. This means one of Butts, McAsey or Worrell has to play back there. I choose Butts for now. Brown on shaky ground. Laird on ball and Smith at half back

- Atkins and Gibbs obviously not considered. Also wouldn't consider Knight, Crocker or Wilson. Poholke depth

Yes that's why I put him there. Walker is done as an AFL player (no news there) and I do feel Worrell could do a better job than 3 disposals. He better otherwise that was a poor pick. Likely Himmelberg and Fogarty would be my key forwards and Worrell would be a third tall either forward or back. In regards to Lynch I am not a big fan and I see other players that could do his role just as well. If I had my way I would have traded him when he had value.

The fact that I would play untried players in our best team shows you where we are at as a club and how bad list management have been.

As much as we don't really want to admit it, Mackay is playing at a decent level compared to a lot of our squad right now. For rebuilding purposes I'd have him behind Sholl, but if we're picking our best 22 I'd put him in

You want as much youth as possible in the team, though. Hamill, McPherson, Butts, Fogarty, McAdam, Stengle, Himmelberg, Schoenberg, Jones is a solid amount

I know, that emergency line looks strange considering the premise, however, I'd rather an extra small over Tex. I'd also opt for Lynchs tank over Tex. The Crouch brothers also detract from each other and if I had to pick one, I'm going for Brad. Seedsman and Sholl was a lineball call from me as well.

As much as we need to upgrade our midfield I reckon a ruckman upgrade is a huge need.
Murray has made me cool on KPD upgrade. I think we should go after cox from feo when he's out of contract.

From the Grundy rumours, get him for ROB and second rounder due to salary cap relief.

Move on player to get picks for father-son and Keeler.
