I wonder why neither GC nor Port preferred to deal with North. Their first pick next year should be a good one.

More close to pick 12-15 with an early 2nd rounder than pick 5-8.Why is this guy worth a pack of chips?
Should be worth pick 5 to 8 or 12 to 15 with an early 2nd rounder.
He obviously hasn't yet
They offered him more money. If he was going to say yes he would have done so already. He's going to a bigger Vic club or staying at Port.

Collingwood's was longer than ours.Or he's happy.to go.to North if it's his only means of getting back to Vic, but his preference is a team higher up.so he's waiting to see if they can do a deal.first.
If he wasn't willing to.go to North it would be public by now. Both Collingwood and Carlton would be fully aware of that and using the media and Brady Rawlings wouldn't be giving interviews saying they're still in the race.
Also I think it was reported Norths offer was 5 years/4 mill, front loaded. I doubt the contract offers from Carlton and Collingwood would be that far off, it's not all that excessive.
Captivating wit.Please let me explain it for you;
This is thread about trading Dan Houston.
Collingwood had hoped to leverage Suns interest in Noble to gain Suns pick 13.
They clearly aren’t has impressed by Noble as you are.
So the joke was - maybe you offer up Daicos.
That didn’t go down well - of course.
The fact you’ve added that Noble didn’t play in your premiership only adds value to the idea - he may not move the needle in this trade.
Therefore - maybe he needs to work on his CV…
Capiche?

Really?I was wondering why you are so invested in this thread.
Thanks for clarifying.
LOL, how do you figure that ?
But did he play basketball?Hey guys
Did you hear that Houston is a 2x AA
Without a second thought.Do you think Port would accept pick 3 for him?
The question is who is that stupid to offer pick 3 for him in a strong draft?Do you think Port would accept pick 3 for him?
Sorry, but that changes everything!Hey guys

AbsolutelyDo you think Port would accept pick 3 for him?
they would then likely try and split that for God knows how many average picks

He will have no issue coming back to AlbertonI think there is more chance he ends up at the Kangaroo's than stays at Port. I get he is under contract and not desperate to leave but I think it's gone to far now.
He won't go back to Port and I think the Kangaroo's are firming as favourite. He will eventually take the money and go where he is most wanted.
Leppitsch’s interview yesterday was a high speed car crash…
Suggested pick 13 is worth more than pick 13 because of what you can do with it…well, if pick 13 is worth pick 8 then give Port pick 8 instead and everyone will be happy.

The best bit was “Noble for pick 13 was supposed to the easiest bit”
Collingwood and Noble are kind of like those birds who nurse a rock in their nest thinking it’s an egg, and the rest of the animal kingdom humours the bird.
I forgot you need under 25s to win premiershipsCollingwoods squad is like a retirement home.
And the under 25s are paper thin.
Noble for pick 13 lol, Houston for pick 2 lol.The best bit was “Noble for pick 13 was supposed to the easiest bit”
