If Howe didn't intend to make contact using his leg then the plea should be not guilty.

Howe didnt move his leg, Fisher took 1-2 steps and tripped over his slightly moving leg and because Fisher has a light frame, he broke his leg which was a tragic accident, but 1 of his own making... i think it should be thrown out
