Danger and Jake Kelly are supposedly best mates. I'll take "The Raging Bull" instead, thanks!Actually he is consistent, consistently terrible.
Apparently he and Danger are best mates, so it's a package deal.

Hmmmm me not so much.
In fact I think I'd take that. I think Murdock goes OK and should improve. Only 23 and 190 cm.
Maybe that's why Mardi wanted to leave. She didn't like having a third wheel. That puts paid to the idea of Jake tagging along with Danger, then...probably something to do with Kelly living with Danger
If Rowey is saying #9 and Murdoch then I'm stoked because it means we're probably getting 8 first rounders and 12 players.
The bloke knows nothing.
Balls
Seriously SC - take this stuff elsewhere.I will respecfully diagree. Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Dangerfield wants to leave Adelaide and ONLY wants Geelong. Adelaide has lost significant leverage given that fact. He's a F/A who wants to come home for family reasons, so while that isn't Adelaide's problem and doesn't preclude them from their rights to match given the restricted component of Danger's F/A situation, Adelaide really only has one buyer.
The AFL and the Player's Association will not let Adelaide demand a ridiculously unreasonable compensation package and will put pressure on Adelaide to accept something which is reasonable given ALL of the facts. Pick #9 this year plus steak knives (GHS) and next year's second rounder is smack bang in the middle of pick #14 compensation and what you guys on here are baying for.
Spirit. Derring-do. Gumption. A sense of bravado. What the hell is 'chutzpah'?

Get set to lose your compensation pick and Patrick Dangerfield for nothing in that case, too. Then get set not to have dangerfield next year.
BallsWhat the hell is 'chutzpah'?
well, going by another Cats poster, PD is already gone and we never had the compensation pick to being with so we wont miss that eitherGet set to lose your compensation pick and Patrick Dangerfield for nothing in that case, too.

We have reached an impasse. If dialogue between the Geelong and Adelaide administrations are anything like they are here, this situation is going to get fcuking ugly!Seriously SC - take this stuff elsewhere.
I'll do the Geelong equivalent and see how you think it reads ...
I will respectfully disagree. Something is worth what someone is willing to pay. Dangerfield wants to leave Adelaide and AFC are demanding decent compensation. Geelong has lost significant leverage given that fact. He's an RFA who wants to go home for family reasons, so while that isn't Geelong's problem and doesn't preclude them from their requirement to trade given the restricted component of Danger's F/A situation, Geelong really has to trade to get him.
The AFL and the Player's Association will not offer ridiculous compensation or accept a lopsided trade after the compo - they will expect Geelong to accept something which is reasonable given ALL of the facts. Pick #9 this year plus a top 22 player (Gregson) and next year's first rounder is about break-even and shows why the #14 compensation looks so ordinary - and why the AFC guys on here are refusing to just accept it.
Just like a Somalian is used to being hungry, it too is sad that you're used to that very fact. Once this saga is over, you'll have Talia to fret over next. I hope your nerves are good! You mean like Tippett?
Yeah, I'm used to that. You have invested almost 18 months in getting him. No danger for the cars will be a massive letdown.
