Weekend Wrap and "Liked, Learned, Hated" right here -- How did tipping go?
Damn, Curtin already has the tank to play midfield.
He also reminds me a bit of a Sturt player, Keith Chessell. Chessell had that ability to create the space he needed. He wasnt the fastest footballer but he was a very talented, classy player. Could take a strong mark and delivery the ball accurately. When he's moving through traffic and delivering a kick he definitely reminded me of Pendles, seems to create extra time. Aerially he reminds me of Dawson a bit. Gathering the ground ball I don't know who to compare him to but he doesn't fumble and he emerges with the ball every time. It's awesome to watch. I get the draft hype now.
Like that handball to Curtin in the third quarter for Curtins snap goal. Where ANB weaved through traffic to hand it off?He just always seems under pressure and with no time.
Definitely not saying he doesn’t work hard.
Hower his tackles (1), pressure acts and one percenters were low for this match.
He is a Freo support iirc...they could use him now I would have thought and with any luck, as it gets closet to Dan being out of contract, Freo and down in the dumps in a rebuild (no offence to any Freo supporters checking this, its purely so it helps us keep Dan)

I don’t think I’ve said he’s not.Like that handball to Curtin in the third quarter for Curtins snap goal. Where ANB weaved through traffic to hand it off?
You’re watching a different footballer than me.
ANB is a legitimate shape keeper who gets possessions and then runs hard defensively to ensure that the opposition can’t take an easy path to goal.
By getting back into defence 50% of the time, that’s another warm body the opposition have to avoid before they can push forward.
We’re gonna have to disagree on ANB, he has been a fantastic value for money recruiter.
What a star. The Modra curse has officially been lifted at last!Godamn that IS a highlights reel
ANB is a rorschach test in terms of whether you're more inclined to think about the game by way of fantasy stats or if you're inclined to think about the game actually having played it.

He was a playerNo current season stats available
It's hard to agree with a comparison when they kick on the opposite footA very good comparison i heard today, andrew embley

As long as he kicks 440 goals first.Hmmm.. #6 for the Crows - becomes a legend
Traded to Fremantle for the last two seasons of his career
Maybe it was meant to be
We could have followed a similar trajectory. Our drafting 2015-2019 does not look great. We could have continued along those lines. It could have been Curtin for north, but instead it might be curtains if they keep going the way they are.
We have a couple more fans than them, no chance we foldWe could have followed a similar trajectory. Our drafting 2015-2019 does not look great. We could have continued along those lines.
I didn't actually take "north could fold" seriously. I don't think the AFL lets it happen. Fitzroy was back when there was not much money around. We have a couple more fans than them, no chance we fold
That's an appalling take.We know things have gone **** up when Nicks throws Dan back.

Not sure why, there were lions club raffles and fund raisers everywhere and they still went bustI didn't actually take "north could fold" seriously. I don't think the AFL lets it happen. Fitzroy was back when there was not much money around.
I meant more "we were just as shit, but then we sorted out our drafting".
