His forward pressure/tackling is first rate. He's like Ballantyne with more heart and no stupid antics.

I think he is massively under rated. Unfortunately the only people I think that don't under rate him is Brisbane (+ swannies & me).

hmmm, wow im surprised rich declared that he was staying and that he loved his club and teammates

if rich was that keen to stay in Brisbane he would have signed a contract extension by now

he is delaying to either push up his price with other clubs competing for his signiture, or thinking about moving

basically the only way he could come to the eagles is if he threatened to go into the PSD unless they took our first and second rounders

personally, what i reckon will happen is this

- he will receive massive contract offers from GWS (with sizable marketing budget extras) and the eagles (with promises of the big money sponsorship cash that comes from being a famous eagle in Perth)

- he will demand a commensurate and outrageous contract from the lions, in the order of say 4 million, or 800k a season for 5 years

- the lions will agree to those terms because he is the most important player on their list, a genuine gun in the making, and they have the cash after ditching fev and some of their big guns going onto the vets list
