Thoughts on the davis cup.. if i was a bookie id actually swap the market around have argentina 1.85 favs and spain as the 1.95 outsiders..

they are going to choose a real quick hardcourt or an indoor surface.... nalbandian thrives on this surface and the team competition and it seems del potro will play like a monster as well and he likes the hardcourt also with his very flat game....

Spain have a real worry with their number 2 player... id basically say argentina are already 2-0 up at the moment just by playing the number 2.... ferrer is totally out of form... who do they pick... a rejuvinated Moya who has been ok lately... verdasco??

so basically for argentina to win they need to get a rubber vs nadal which i think is a good chance given the circumstances... or pinch the doubles which could be a lottery also maybe spain have the slightly stronger team i think its lopez and verdasco...

just looking at the odds for the japan open mens 3rd round

Takao Suzuki is paying a ridiculous 7.80 to beat an out of form David Ferrer who took 3 sets to beat American battler Jesse Levine.. Suzuki beat a slightly better opponent in Bollelli also in 3 sets but i mean in a two horse race Suzuki will have the home crowd... id get on this price with even just $10 or something... also the other japanese boy who has serious talent nishikori is 2.40 vs gasquet... if things get tight i like him here

Viktor Troicki about 3.20 to beat Jo Wilfred Tsonga who might be feeling the pinch.. won a final last week and just had a real tough 3 set win today...

suzuki, nishikori and troicki are great outsiders!

well suzuki pushed ferrer took the 1st set but lost in 3... nishikori was smashed by gasquet real suprising he looked great at the us open... now my last upset chance troicki.. lucky i didnt bet on any of them as all my funds are invested on future events lol

I think Dmitry Tursonov to beat Radek Stepanek at the ATP Metz tournament is paying some healthy odds on TAB Sportsbet.
If I were a more serious punter, I'd have no worries putting Dmitry Tursonov for the win, winning in straight sets which is paying $3.15. I reckon it's close to a sure thing, Tursonov in some great form beating Moya last round in straight sets and could see him thrash Stepanek to the hills and back.
